It is fairly simple. Click on any of the categories you want to shop, pick the product you want to buy, add to cart and you're ready to check out.

Fill in your shipping and payment details and click confirm. Once your order is confirmed, you'll get an email confirmation with an order number.

How can I view the status of my order?

Log into your account. From your account, you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity, check order status, and update your account information.

What are my payment options?

You have three payment options: 

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD option is available for payments within India. If you chose a COD option, we have a Rs. 50 charge. This is to discourage people from randomly ordering stuff and then canceling. COD is only a payment option; customers are required to make the full payment for their order before they open the package. The product once ordered and confirmed for is final. COD products cannot be tried or returned at the point of delivery. COD is not valid for a “try and buy”.
  • Direct Bank Transfer (Net Banking): We accept NetBanking with over 40 major banks.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major Indian Credit/Debit cards (Visa/MasterCard/Maestro)

What if the product I want is out of stock?

All our products are in limited quantities. If you wish to order the product which is out of stock on the website, you can contact us and we will try our best to fulfill your request.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-9999254146 or email us at mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand new replacement ( subject to availability )or credit note is issued to you. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do not ship orders internationally at this time, or accept credit cards with international billing addresses.

Does Stretchery have a store?

We do not have an independent retail outlet yet, but Stretchery is available at leading concept stores and studios across India .We have a host of stores listed here. Most of the stores we supply to are independently run. Their inventory may be independent of ours, but if you request for a product at the store, they will try and arrange for it for you through us.

How Do Your Sizes Work?

Our t-shirts come in multiple fits, including comfort fit, slim fit, athletic fit, etc.  A sizing guide is available for each product. We suggest you go with your body measurements for the garment you want to purchase. All sizes mentioned on Stretchery’s website are based on body measurement and NOT garment measurement. Because the sizes are based on body measurement, the garments will have the loosening based on its design, silhouettes and cut so it fits you well.

How do I take care of my Stretchery garments?

Most of our garments can be machine washed in cold water and tumble dried on low heat.  Care instructions are also noted on each product page and printed on the inside at the bottom of each garment.

Will the t-shirts shrink after wash?

All our t-shirts are pre-washed which gives them their super soft texture and pre-shrinks them as well. However, they may shrink a little in the wash and stretch a little during wear.

Can I use Stretchery to send gifts to others?

Yes, you can send gifts to others. For such orders, the payment will have to be made via Direct Bank Transfer. To ship your order as a gift, please send us an email upon placing the order. We will gift wrap your items and add a personalized message if you wish.
